The West Haven Fire Department photographed on April 16, 2019. Arnold Gold/Hearst Connecticut Media WEST HAVEN — A family of five was displaced Sunday after a fire tore through their Wenham Street home, officials said. Firefighters responded around 5:25 a.m. to the single-story raised ranch home due to an emergency call, according to Michael Terenzio, chief of the West Haven Fire Department's Allingtown District.
