Rich retired from the Connecticut D.O.T. where he worked in maintenance and then transferred to Storrs. Reply WEST HAVEN, CT — (From West Haven Funeral Home): Richard P. Hill, 72, of West Haven, entered into rest on May 15, 2023. A son of the late Charles and Norma Hill, Rich grew up in North Haven but was a long-time resident of West Haven. He leaves two sons Dan and Jeff, his loving companion Donna Daniele, and brothers Charlie, Michael and David (Laurie) Hill, as well as many nieces and nephews.
