Jacques Pépin, the internationally known French chef who lives in Madison, will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the CRAzies, the Connecticut Restaurant Association's annual ceremony honoring outstanding achievement in the state's hospitality industries.The Lifetime Achievement Award was announced on Tuesday, along with other honorees and nominees for the CRAzies.New inductees into the Connecticut Hospitality Hall of Fame, which honors the state's most beloved, long-running restaurants, are Sally's Apizza of New Haven and Blackie's Hot Dogs of Cheshire.
