If you look at the city limit signs as you drive around, you'll notice that every single town or city in Connecticut was established in the 1600's, 1700's, and 1800's, except one. One single town was established in the 1900's, in 1921. What's the youngest town in Connecticut? I always thought you were cute West Haven, you are the youngest town in all of Connecticut. West Haven is almost 102 years old. How adorable.  According to ct.gov , West Haven was incorporated from Orange in June of 1921. West Haven has a population of just over 55,000, and it's got an old soul for such a youngster.
