A West Haven man pleaded guilty Monday to a cocaine trafficking offense and now faces mandatory prison time, according to federal officials.Jean Mangual-Casto, 35, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Sarala V. Nagala in Hartford to one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, according to federal officials. The charge carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum term of life in prison. Officials said an investigation headed by the FBI's New Haven Safe Streets/Gang Task Force and U.
