A man died and a woman was hospitalized after their pickup truck collided with another vehicle, spinning the vehicle out of control and into a rollover crash, officials say. Javier Rosado-Toro, age 35, of Waterbury, died in the crash that occurred on I-691 around 9:15 p.m. in Meriden on Sunday, April 30, according to Connecticut State Police. Load Error Rosado-Toro was heading west in his Ram 1500 Big Horn when he attempted to pass a Ford F-350 Super Duty about three-quarters of a mile west of Exit 3 but collided with the Ford instead.
